When will my order ship?

Orders are shipped every 20th of the month. Once shipped, delivery within Canada typically takes 2–7 business days. International delivery generally takes 3–12 business days, depending on location and customs processing.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. Recess by Lea ships internationally. Delivery timelines vary by country and may be affected by customs clearance. Any customs duties or import fees are the responsibility of the recipient.

What if my order arrives damaged?

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please email recessbylea@gmail.com within 5 business days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging so the issue can be reviewed.

How do I cancel a subscription?

To cancel a subscription, email recessbylea@gmail.com with your full name and order information before your next billing cycle. Cancellation requests submitted after billing has processed will apply to the following cycle.

Are your products handmade?

Recess by Lea products are illustrated, designed, or assembled in small batches. Minor variations may occur and are part of the character of independent creative work.
